I turned all the feet in I did not adjust anyone as I was not gonna set it up right away my floor is concrete I’ve had numerous tanks before this one so didnt check the floors I went to Home Depot bought a 6foot level 2 double check it and it still shows it is leveled I was reading online that the stand has a slight bow over the sump compartment could this be the cause of this

I wont worry about few mm off. unless your water line is 1" height difference from opposite glass. 1/4"-1/2" water level difference from front to back or side to side is no big deal. it is not a lot of pressure at that tiny amount of water difference.
what you dont want is corner to corner. that will twist the tank and will cause the silicone fail. Get the cabinet top as level as you can.
