McCoskers Wrasse or Carpenters Wrasse

I like these guys because they're colorful peaceful swimming fish that won't get too big for my Solana. I plan on getting one of the two and they seem pretty similar. Any reason to prefer one over the other?

McCosker's stay a bit smaller. Both are really nice.

You must have a big Solana. These fish are recomended for at least 50 gallons. Can you get these localy?

Both are beautiful, I had the McCoskers but as luck would have it he found the small crack in the screening and made the suicide jump to the floor.

Both are master jumpers, so yes, a super well fitting lid is a must.

Yup, I made a lid with 1/4" mesh on a screen frame. That part was pretty standard. I added an additional piece of mesh hanging down in the back to stop a fish from jumping over the partition from the display into the sump. (I have a Solana.) I already had my blue assessor and an occ jump into the return section. Both survived unharmed.

I have both the male and female McCosker's , i know im pressing my luck but had these two over 3 months now so far havent jumped. But now that i typed this.........lol
