Now the question is

1. I want to put a Tunze Wavebox 6212 in between( 2) X 1.5" overflow pipes
but can i do this ? will it create to much pressure on the glass..

2. or put the wavebox on the other side ?

see pics and tell me which route is best.

on the left side i will have 3 to four shelve's the 1 u see i want that to be Deep sand

bed or refugium on top of that a quaratine tank.

the other Sump is where the 2 x 1.5"" drainage will go into ...

it's looking good...I would put the wavebox on the opposite side of the overflows for two reasons ..the first you mentioned the glass will be weakened by the two holes why add any more preasure to it and secondly the wave box will push the whole length of the surface water into your overflows...

I love to see people diy. If you don't mind me giving you a couple of pointers.
1- I would go with only 1 2" drain, min 2" from the top, and centered.
2- Tunze on the opposite side.
3- The corner uprights are not interlocking, and square. If you can interlock them it will be stronger. remember you are going to have over 1100 lbs.
4- I would move the center 2x6 upright to the middle so you don't get deflection.

Take your time, don't rush you will appreciate it later.

@ Mike NY
Hello
I will take that advise, will do . Put the Wavebox on the other side. Thanks

@ rkaragozler Hello
YES please do give me Pointers.
Ok so 1 2" in the center.. I am gonna put 2 2x4 on the the spaces empty But once the sump is in . i won't be able to take it out. I'm really not done with the stand build just yet..

i'm planning to do a manifold to feed the Refgium and quranine tank and deep sand bed too.

1 2x4 in front and 1 2x4 in the rear centered on the biggest opening is more then enough
If you are planning on keeping your pump their you are going to have problems with heat build up. because you have the deep sand bed right behind the motors fan, I know it blows the other way but it will deflect back. maybe you can put it on the other side.
when you say qt tank, where are the filters going to be for this set up.

Correction , I just looked at the bulk heads and they are 1.5" NOT 2".
What do u think rkaragozler Richie ??
should i still go with 1 drainage...

A 1 1/2" bulkhead having a straight run down without any restrictions would give you about 1500 gph. You have a 110 gallon tank, if you did a 10x turnover for your filtration (which I don't recommend) you would still be ok. IMO a turnover of 4-5x is more then enough.

an over flow box inside the tank
I found 1 laying in the attic, will this work ??
the tank is 13 wide.
the overflow box is 6 1/2 long x 3" wide x 6" height. Probably to small right ?

that over flow box will work as long as you keep your turn over rate 700 gph, using a 1 1/2" bulk head.
I think i have a template for that box laying around somewhere, for drilling the tank. I'll look for it.
