I have a used for 3 years Aquactinics TX5 Series 48" T5HO Fixture (AT-TX54800) = 250.00
This fixture uses 5- 54W T5 bulbs.

Hanging Kit (brand new never mounted)

1 x 54W 6500K Daylight T5 HO Fluorescent (GE0005) by General Electric
1 x 54W 12000K Aquablue Special T5 HO Fluorescent (ATI1005) by ATI
2 x 54W Blue Plus T5 HO Fluorescent (ATI1013) by ATI
1 x 54W Super Actinic T5 HO Fluorescent (UVL0021) by UV Lighting

Bulbs have been used for 4 months before i took it down and can be used for 4-6 additional months depending on what you have stocked.
