i just purchased a red angler...he's about 2 in. long and turns colors from red to black then back to red, etc...
i have him in my 5 gal. desk tank just to observe him and feed him. According to the guy i bought him from, he needs to eat regularly and must be fed live food. My 20 gal. reef is unsuitable as well as my 100 gal. fish cause of all the competition for food. Has anyone else dealt with this type of angler? will my 5 gal. be ok, its been two days now and he seems to be doing fine.
on a side note, how long do corals live? my friend and i have been debating this...thanks
