Is 11watts per gallon to much light? i just bought mh lights 2x250w with 18 led lights.My tank is 18"x17"x32" 45gal.Want to add sps lps in near future but atm i have zoos and shrooms.

Make believe you've never heard of "watts per gallon". It's an outdated method of measuring light intensity. The lights you've purchased are sufficient for the livestock you hope to keep. Keep in mind, lighting is only 1 factor in determining how successful your coral will grow.
Wa5ts per gallon isn't really used anymore, it depends on your bulb and the depth of your tank, use search there are a ton of lighting threads here that will help you out. 2x250 should be fine over a 45.
Just be mindful of your temp going up with those bulbs and summer just around the corner. Well forget about today cause it feels like late October but its coming
