bummer, so far cant find a LFS with live brine shrimp.

used to have a 5g stock tank with neverending supply (not that i feed much, they're not the best nutrient source) that got rid of when moved, was zero maintenance just feed some yeast crumbs daily. it used to be fun to cloud the water up with yeast and next day its crystal clear.

is there something wrong with the sf bay brand eggs these days? they just hatch and die(fall to bottom) right aways, with not any survivors!! i use 1.025 clean month-old water, medium aeration, and spoon of yeast-sugar culture once hatched, daily.

is it all the radiation and/or smog here on the west coast or something? :banghead:

I order mine from Salt Lake City, "Brine shrimp direct". Really happy with the quality. I use a lot for my dwarf seahorses so I am using their already decapsulated ones. Very high hatch rate but you have to use a proper salt for best results (aka aquarium salt instead of table salt)
