Pairing Pygmy Angels

I've seen 'pairs' of cherubs, flames, coral beauties, potters, and even a pair of Regals over the years.

However, I've never yet attempted it in my tanks.

How is it done, without ending up with wounded rejects?

Honestly? The best way was to purchase them at the SAME time or have a very large tank where they can chase each other and not get wounded. My last tank 150 had very tall rock work and thousands of little caves and swim throughs that made catching someone that small im possible All told I housed 4 angels

1 Gold Flake
1 Flame
1 Caribbean
1 Coral beauty

They would chase each other but only occasionally and when they were bored.

I would introduce them together at the same time preferably from a seller who has been holding multiple ones together.
