Ok Iam having a problem with a little low ph at night Iam going down to a 7.85 during the day at 8.10 I did put a calcium reactor on about a month and ahalf ago but I don't wanna put kalk in my ato alk-9.0, ca-500, mg-1400.. Also have the air line of my skimmer going outside...So my question is if I was to put a nice size airstone in my sump will that help bring my ph up a little?

It depends on how well the house is ventilated. If you have good air exchange, like a HVAC, it may/should help but if the house is "tight" it may lower the pH. More than likely the slightly low pH may be from the reactor itself, as have a habit lowering the pH some. With the pH and Alk you have the pH if equilibrated with outside air should be ~ 8.3. You could also try to run the reactor effluent over some reactor media to help bring the pH up of the reactor effluent.

Well its a duel chamber doesnt that help the effluent ph? So the airstone in the sump won't work?
