nice.....what's the approximate time lapse from 1st to the last pic?

make me want to get another scoly. but like pdnyc69, it doesn't do that well in mine. perhaps i don't know how to feed it correctly, the food does't stay in place long enough for it to grab.....too much flow from the vortech's... even on feed mode.

My new favorite coral to photograph.

Tom, I've heard you can use a cut off plastic bottle top to keep the flow stagnant and the food contained. (Also keeps the other fish from stealing your food). May want to give that a shot.

eric, thanks for the suggestion....problem is my tank is 27" deep and the scoly is on the floor....hard to reach. i'll try the bottle method but i guess i'll have to hold it in place with a tong or something.
