Need Advise on Refugium led lighting.

In my refugium i want to Grow all kinds of Macro algae.
I have 2 x 22" Royal Blue LED strips (28 700ma LEDS) being driven by a
100w power supply. I want to Switch a few led with reds and uv Violet and warm white .. How should i place them .

Also i want to dim each bar with its own potentiometer, i also have 2
Mean Well ELN-60-48D dimmable drivers.
SO not sure which way to go..

I use the cheap Marineland LED, $30 or so and my cheato etc grow like crazy.
