I got a tunze nanostream 6025 about a month ago. this weekend it started making a loud clicking noise I thought a snail was stuck in it or somthing I pulled the pump out to clean it out I did not see anything in it so I out it in a pot of water.
When I pluged it in it was running just fine for about a min. then the loud noise again some how the pump was going in reverse it was sucking water in and clicking away. I am glad it was still under warantee with foster and smith because I dont see any US contact info on the pump paper work!!
