Green Bubble receding

See the greenish white bubble coral above and to the left of the Open Brain? http://home.netcom.com/~slkatz/Brain.JPG

It is no longer extended like it is in the picture. A couple of the sections have receded and are skeleton only, or skeleton with just a speck of live tissue. Is this a feeding issue? Any advice how to save this one?

It's hard to judge a feeding problem without knowing how or what it was fed. Also, something may be picking at it. It could possibly be the result of chemical warfare or being stung by an anemone or another coral. Those are just a few of the possibilities.
