i think its a

Seriatopora Guttatus

but not a 100%
but it has never been green and it died off a lot due to cyano growing on it and is growing back quite quickly

Sorry but it's definitely not Seriatopra guttatus, S. guttatus is a branching coral and the polyp skeletons are only about .7mm diameter. The ones in your picture is a mounding or encrusting coral and the polyp skeletons look to be 2-3mm. I'd recommend iether using the AIMS datasheets or getting Russel Kelly's "Coral Finder"

Once bleached it can take months for a coral to recover and I'd think the cyano was because the polyps were dying not that the polyps were killed by the cyano.
