Hi all,
My Ecotech battery is no longer working. I have replaced it by getting a bigger UPS as I did not feel up to having a DIY solution, and I can program my controller to drop the speed and keep the Vortech's on during a power outage.
As it is, I just looked up and you can replace the battery inside for around $30. So I'm willing to sell this to someone who feels up to the hack and like me doesn't want to have a jury rigged motorcycle battery next to their tank.
$50 bucks takes it. You'll get the nice ecotech battery case, two charger power supplies and the two fused cables that go to the ecotech pumps. The replacement batteries have a 2 year warranty so you'll really be good to go at about half the price of a retail Ecotech battery backup.
Here's the link to the DIY replacement instructions I found.

I'm not carrying this to the city.
