i think that would be a mistake simply because they are just not a "confined space" fish.
even that 1" hippo i had seemed like he was constantly running out of space in my 20 gallon QT.
also, are you prepared to purchase a larger tank in the near future?
how large will you expect to go? do you mean atlantic blue tang? they get massive. too big for my 125 imo.

Hey I got my bulb... Its a nice color, I like it very much..

My skimmer is working good.. Its 1/4 full (collection cup)

I have allot of water movement in my tank... I got two power heads, one shooting right-back and the other one left-front..creating a mini vortex that gets break up by the pump return.. allot of water movement everywhere.

Can I add inverts, I want a cleaner shrimp.... Ammonia-0, Nitrite-0, Nitrate-.05

Depends on the invert as to when you should add it. The cleaner shrimp is relatively hardy, so yes, go ahead.
