I'm actually interested in the topic since I really know nothing about Zeo. I just think we should leave it for another thread. I know Rich doesn't mind us expanding his thread here, but it started at NO3, then discussed fuge set up, then vacuum cleaners.

Wes, It takes a lot more time effort and money to run a zeo system than a fuge. I put in a remote dsb 3 weeks ago and shut down the zeo reactor. Tank looks fine. Yeah my nitrates were super low with zeo, but so was my wallet.

I have been using a natureef denitrifier for 6 months now. I feed formula 2 pellets, nori from the asian mart, Hikari mysis shrimp,& krill soak overnight in selcon. All daily,"I guess you can say I overfeed". I have 26 fish, 10 over 5in. no sand and nitrates a little over 2ppm & 0 phosphates. I guess a denitrifier works for me :smokin:
